Freedom and a snow storm

So got nothing done due to the snow storm. It was the ultra fine snow where visibility was greatly reduced due to the wind. So we went no where.... But the soon to be step-mom had ventured over to the area due to her boys cousins b-day party. She asked if the fussy one could go on a sleep over. Said why not. So he left and then we decided to take a risk and to go a restaurant a few miles up the road. It was nice. Just hope we can get out to breakfast tomorrow. The temp dropped 6 degrees already and is expected to drop further. And when it gets below 0 salt dose not work. Needless to say on our way home we were fish tailing a bit going at slow speed.
