Worst annv. ever...

Yep. That sums it up. Was sick. Had too many things to do. Went out to dinner. Came home. That was all. No flowers or gift from the hub. Not like I expect the moon. But even a rose. Hell got more from the step-mom (a card). I have a feeling the shit is going to hit the fan soon.

Also been having to wake up with the kids on my off nights. I know I am a parent but I need sleep too.

That is about all.

Come on now!

So this weekend we had the option of going to the in-laws cabin. Left it up to Keith. He said we should stay home. Ok. Then at the last min. he decides we should go up. FINE! So we did. The s.o.b had the bright idea that he should tell me what way to take. Wrong thing to do for he had some other pre-conceived ideas that I was going to ditch him for Grand Rapids at some time, so there for we did not need to go thru it. Lots of road construction, single lane roads with grandpas, and Keith..... I became angry very fast. I dropped the Grand Rapids thing. Keith asked if I was mad, and if I was going to be mad about it all weekend. Told him to drop it and all will be fine. Then very close to hwy. 2 he decided to drive the 11 miles to Grand Rapids. A bit self-serving for he wanted food and beer... hummm....

So the cabin was a bit boring. The weather sucked. Keith ditched me and the kids to go fishing. Ended up taking care of the kids with rare assistance from others. Tried to take a bath. That got interrupted by a family friend needing something from the bathroom, NOW! Then on my night off from kid duty. I ended up taking care of Emma. Waking up with the shits. Then being awoken by a toddler at 8. Joy! Keith went fishing and I dealt with children. Also did laundry. Dan could tell I was a bit neglected and offered to take care of the kids (both sleeping at the time) so I could go fishing. Had no desire, nor license.

Got on the road. Made it to Elk River before melt downs from both children. Stopped at Sonic. That was the best thing of all weekend. Got home at 9.

This morning all went to hell. I guess during the wee hours of the morning the cops busted someone infront of our home. The thew a baggie out the window. They did not notice this at first. Then at 4:30 am they busted people searching our yard. Then the cops came back at 5 min to 6am and knocked on our door to tell us about the situation. They were searching our yard for the meth. Supposedly the cops were to call and let us know the status of what was going on... they never did. Keith got told not to let Wy put anything found outside in his mouth. DUH! Just makes me want to move more!

Then got bad news about the wedding annivery child care arrangments. I give up.

Keith is back to 40's but can not work fridays again. So there for it means single parent time again. The kids will see Keith for an hour at best prior to bed time.

Liz who I am not on good terms with called wanting advise from my hubby. "you sound frazzled" Hummmmm you wonder with what went on today and then not showing up when you said you would, then not calling about it for weeks... you wonder?

Rob's car took a shit.

Angie's tooth cracked and had to get a crown.

Emma was super fussy for most of the night.

Wyatt got a bad scrape on his knee. An overflow diaper. And then played the I do not want to go to bed routine.

The only good thing of the day was him going poop on the potty. Sorry if TMI but when potty training....

Now must run to bed. She just went down and the next three days are going to be long.

Updates

The porch passed inspection. Now to put in the items that were not on our plans. Like a fan.

Got the stroller. Took the kids for a walk. It pushed like a dream. Wyatt loved it. He was talking to Emma about the neighborhood, and giggling the whole time. As we started the walk we found our gate open, with two water bottles next to it. So our dog is gone again. A lock will be purchased when we make it to a store. No sign of the dog yet.

Keith's work cut back down to 32. No sign of more work. People are being asked to take days off. We already cut back on things.... now time to do it more. Rammen noodles for all.
